Organic dumplings with beef

Organic meat constitutes only a small part of the entire meat industry around the world, however, its increasing demand has attracted the attention of everyone. Beef is rich in various vitamins and minerals, especially iron and zinc, and is therefore recommended as part of a healthy diet. Animal protein is usually of high quality, containing all 8 essential amino acids needed for the growth and maintenance of our bodies. The buildings blocks of proteins, the amino acids, are very important from a health perspective. Meat is one of the most complete dietary sources of protein, the amino acid profile being almost identical to that of our own muscles. The following vitamins and minerals are abundant in beef: vitamin B12, zinc, selenium, iron, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, phosphorus. These delightfully dumplings serve boiled with sour cream or butter.

Instruction for use: put dumplings into salted boiled water and stir gently until they rise to surface, cook another 5 to 6 min.
