The vegan buckwheat pancake batter is made up of buckwheat flour, which despite its misleading name has nothing to do with wheat and it is 100% gluten free. It’s not only about the nutty flavor, or only its versatility. It’s all about the high concentration of nutrients in such a small little seed that buckwheat is. Manganese and phosphorus (responsible for a healthy bone structure and production), good quality proteins and fibers – they are all packed in high amounts in buckwheat. Magnesium, another mineral found in buckwheat, has relaxing properties over the blood vessels and improves the action of nutrients delivery when blood pressure is low. Delicious gluten-free and vegan pancakes are fluffy and they will melt in your mouth no matter with what garnish (sweet or salty) you are going to eat them with… Buon Apetit!
Instructions for use: heat up the frozen pancakes in a microwave at 800 W for 1,5 – 2 minutes.
