Organic buckwheat pancakes.In spite of the name, there is no “wheat” in buckwheat. Yet in many ways it behaves like wheat, and its flour produces wonderfully, unexpectedly, fluffy pancakes, with a rich, warm, earthy taste. Buckwheat flour is a high fiber, high protein alternative to white flour. It is also higher in many essential vitamins and minerals than white flour. Buckwheat flour is not technically a wheat product, so many people with wheat allergies are able to eat these pancakes.
Provided it is processed separately from wheat products, buckwheat flour is also naturally gluten free. Thanks to the buckwheat flour, these pancakes possess a light and airy consistency. It has a delicate, almost nutty flavor, so that could be a perfect sweet pancakes to start a day with a drizzle of maple syrup and fresh berries. Or salty option with hummus or cream cheese with a slice of salmon and some greens on top. This buckwheat pancakes are fluffy and they will melt in your mouth no matter with what garnish you are going/choosing to eat them with… Buon Apetit!
Instruction for use: heat up the frozen pancakes in a microwave at 800 W for 1,5 – 2 minutes.
